4. Payment, Subscription & Cancellation
- Services are provided on a subscription or usage-based model, as outlined on our pricing page.
- Payments are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled per the terms below.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4.1 Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date.
- If a cancellation request is made after this period, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply afterward.
4.2 Budget Adjustments & Refunds
- In the event that an incorrect budget allocation occurs due to an error within the Ad-Manager.ai platform, the misallocated amount will be reviewed.
- If the error is determined to be the fault of the platform, the total sum of the incorrect budget allocation will be refunded to the client’s account.
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification of the issue.
